This project involved the upgrading of a 1.3km long section of N5 National Road at Clondara, between Longford Town and Termonbarry, Co. Longford comprising primarily of pavement overlay works.
Our services included preliminary and detailed design, tender documentation and award, contract administration, contract supervision, and Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP).
The scheme included the design of bituminous overlays of existing bituminous carriageways, drainage modifications, minor localised road repair works to other roadside assets and features such as footpaths/kerbs etc. and the testing of existing carriageways pavement and foundation layers.
